95 was the highest I weighed till 2019, when I started my journey with azhar sir, from that to till date i never look back..!!!

Lost around 40kgs and still maintaining the same. He is the one who always helps me and stand behind in my all falls and rise till date in this fitness journey.My mentor, coach and friend made my journey as easy as possible though its took lots of sacrifices, discipline and consistency.

Yes, only discipline and consistency is the key.

Till date whatever going in my life , I never ditched my morning workout routine and diet as much as possible...

Started at - 62kgs
Now at - 49kgs

From always wearing a top over my pants or always buying long/loose tops to hide my stomach/bums to tucking it inside the pants with confidence, I've come a long way.

Lots of lessons learnt in this fitness journey but the most important one is that this journey will never be black and white. There will be a lot of greys in it, when you'll feel like giving up, when you'll get yourself injured or when you'll be surrounded by lots of roadblocks.

So, when you feel like that, look in the mirror and see what you've achieved. Think about why you started it. Take breaks but never leave it.
